To serve you better, we carry liability insurance in the amount of $5,000,000.00 per building and $10,000.00 bond per employee with valid WCB.

When I ask for a quote, what happens next?
Our friendly Cleanrite staff review the scope of work, blueprints, specifications and perform a complete site specific addressing any concerns your maintenance suvpervisor may have. This walk through of the site with key staff is to review the standard of cleanliness in the building and review any requirements to bring the building up to your standard.
How can I be sure nothing is missed and that I will be happy with the service?
Our Quality Control Program has been designed to enhance our service at no extra cost to you, the customer. It has been proven that dealing with complaints and a poor service is far more expensive for both our customers and us. That’s why our quality control managers make frequent checks to locations to review the quality of our service and to ensure that cleaning needs are met.
What about your staff?
We trust our employees to do a good job, as they are of good quality and well trained and many of our staff have been with us for 15+ years. However with our “Quality Control Program” we can maintain full control over the quality of our service and nothing is left to chance!
Our staff are trained in designated buildings so that when they come to your building they are familiar with policies, security procedures, cleaning procedures and other pertinent information. This way you are getting staff that are experienced, fully trained and of high quality.
